 DTS ensures the reassuring back up of your plant and equipment by providing an around the clock reactive maintenance service for all mechanical and electrical plant and equipment.  We carry the appropriate stock of spare parts and have access to afterhours supply from manufacturers to ensure we can get your plant and equipment back on line in the shortest possible time when required.

 There are four reactive service levels to choose from to meet your requirements:

1. Emergency – attend site and make safe in 1 hour.
2. Urgent – attend site and make safe in 4 hours.
3. Immediate – attend site and fully repair in 2 days.
4. Routine – attend site and complete repairs in 2 weeks.
